Changing Mail Profiles

You may have created multiple Email Profiles in your system or already have an existing profile prior to creating the new one for 1-Net's NETmail service. This section shows how you can change the default profile settings and how to set Outlook 2003 to prompt for profile selection.

Open the Control Panel and click on the Mail icon. 

Click the Show Profiles button.

By selecting the Prompt for a profile to be used option, Outlook 2003 will allow you to choose the profile you wish to logon every time you open Outlook 2003. You can also select your profile of choice and choose the Always use this profile option. This will set Outlook 2003 to always use your selected profile without prompting whenever it is opened.
