Welcome to 1-NET Hosted Exchange Services. Now you and your organization can take full advantage of advanced messaging and do it hassle free. 1-NET will host and manage Microsoft Exchange Servers for your business. 1-Net will handle the maintenance, troubleshooting and upgrades to ensure that you remain satisfied with your messaging and collaboration services.

Introduction
Unless your organization has no previous email service, it is most likely that you are migrating or switching your email service to 1-NET Hosted Exchange. The following procedures will detail the steps required for you to create a new email account with 1-NET Hosted Exchange.
At the same time, it is advised that you do not remove or modify your other existing email accounts configurations. This can be safely removed later when you have successfully connect to 1-NET Hosted Exchange. Your Administrator will advise you when the existing or older accounts can be removed.
Server Details
The server details to connect to the NETmail service will be forwarded to the assigned Administrator of your organization. Your Administrator will provide you with 3 server details.
- Exchange Server Address
- Outlook Web Access URL
- HEX.PRO Automated Setup Portal for Microsoft Outlook
Note : Users are advised to use the automated script to setup your email accounts in Outlook 2003 using the HEX.PRO Setup Portal.
