NETmail Password Change
We strongly suggest that you change your account password after receiving your account details. The Password Change facility is available from your Web Based Mail services which is using Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA).
OWA is best viewed with Microsoft Internet Explorer. Please ensure that you have the latest IE installed with the relevant security patches.
To access OWA, point your browser to the following URL.
https://exchange.1-net-singapore.com/exchange
Click on the Password Change link to open the Change Password window.
Enter your Email address, your Current password and your New Password twice at the New password and Confirm password Fields.
Important Note : 1-Net HEX service requires users to follow the following strict security rules.
- Password MUST be at least 8 characters long
- Password MUST be complex i.e. to include Capital and small letters, a digit or special characters
- Password MUST NOT contain any part of your User ID. i.e. a person with a User ID of jane@customer.com cannot have a password such as "123Jane@L0" because it contains the phrase "jane"
- Failed login attempts are logged by the system. If an account has successive failed login attempt, the account will be locked for a period of time. Please refer to your Welcome Kit for further details.
Click the submit button. Your password will be changed if all the required information has been entered correctly.
